A reminder that we will hold a Ratification meeting and conference call for 12:30 p.m. EST on Friday, May 15 to discuss the new Memorandum of Agreement between your union and Thomson Reuters, and take questions.

Conference call details as well as your membership number and password info for voting online have been provided via email. 

If you cannot make the meeting, Terri Monture, Staff Representative, will be available in the Toronto office throughout the day to answer your questions.

Starting at 6 p.m., you will be able to vote on whether or not you accept this new Memorandum of Agreement which forms your new Collective Agreement until March 31, 2018.

 

The electronic poll will open at 6 p.m. EST on Friday, May 15, and voting will stay open until 2 p.m. EST on Tuesday, May 19.

If you know anyone we have not been able to reach, please let them know they can contact the CMG office (vote@cmg.ca ; 416-591-5333) to get their Voter ID and password.
