The CMG has approved 10 scholarships for Guild activists to attend the upcoming CBC/Radio-Canada Presidents’ Council May 26 – 28, 2017.
Presidents’ Council is a biennial meeting of CBC location executive presidents from across the country to discuss workplace issues.
This year it will include a full, additional day of CMG related training seminars. Are you newly elected to your Location Executive Committee? Please click here http://www.cmg.ca/en/cbc-branch-presidents-council-training-scholarship-application/ to apply for one of 10 paid scholarships, which include travel costs, wage replacement, meals and lodging.
Applications must be received by March 6. Delegates will be selected and notified by March 13, and sent travel and leave request forms, which must be submitted to the CMG travel co-ordinator by March 20.
All delegates must be available to travel to Toronto May 25 and return May 28.
