Layla Bozich and Charles Vanegas acclaimed as President and Vice-President for PMNA Toronto

As of the close of the nomination period on Thursday, May 3 at 5 p.m., ET we had received one nomination for the role of President, and one for the role of Vice-President of the PMNA Toronto Location Unit of the Canadian Media Guild (CMG).

Therefore, Layla Bozich and Charles Vanegas are acclaimed as President and Vice-President of the PMNA Toronto Location Unit.

Nomination period extended to May 14 for the role of Secretary-Treasurer

There were no candidates for the position of Secretary-Treasurer within the Location Unit, so the nomination period is being extended until Monday, May 14 at 5 p.m.

The successful candidate will represent the interests of CMG members on the Location Unit executive committee; the term of the position runs until December 31, 2018.

The candidate(s), nominator(s) and seconders must all be CMG members in good standing.

If there are several candidates for one position, an election will be held, and the dates for any necessary election will be set following the close of nomination period.
