Trade-Off Religious Holidays

Did you know you can trade off Religious holidays?

Article 64.13

It is recognized that an employee may require different religious observances. That employee, with at least six (6) weeks written notice to management, can substitute a holiday, as identified in article 64.1 of the CBC/Radio Canada-Canadian Media Guild collective agreement. This is on the proviso that work is available on the day chosen for substitution. The employer will not be forced to create work or open its premises if it  is not feasible to do so.
